The Connecticut Post today has a feature on one SWC team that broke away from the conference, and has a shot at the CIAC playoffs. And it's not Foran or Law.
It's Bullard-Havens. Yes, THAT Bullard-Havens.
Now don't be so surprised. They're playing in the Constitution State Conference against other tech schools and some magnet schools, against like talent. And at 4-1 and a legit shot to defeat league front runner Cheney Tech, they can reach post-Thanksgiving football.BTW, anyone have the answer to this trivia question? Bullard-Havens went 1-89 in SWC play. Who did the Tigers beat?
